iroquois falls; my town - notre ville

Iroquois Falls came to be in 1912...  Montrock and Ansonville, two small hamlets, sprung up adjacent to the main townsite.  They became part of Iroquois Falls in ><<LL.  When the Province of Ontario mandated amallgamation in ---- the hamlets of Monteith and Porquis Junction became part of Iroquois Falls.

The print depicts a varied life here in the north.  Farming, fishing, snow machining, and a paper mill which began it all.
